My Home Vyoma: Project Overview
My Home Vyoma sits in Nanakramguda, the part of the Financial District with Wipro, Amazon, Google and the US Consulate nearby. My Home added the project page to its website in early October 2026 and calls it “ultra-luxury”.
Towers 1–4 and 7–11 have four homes per floor, and Towers 5–6 have five. Tower 12 has a single home on each floor, 9,328 sq ft with a home theatre and a home office. The podium is kept free of cars, with parking on four basement levels.
The building permission is from GHMC (3039/GHMC/SWBP/SLP1/2026). My Home says it has placed the towers so that no two face each other directly.
Specifications that matter
Every home has central air-conditioning from water-cooled chillers, with prepaid BTU meters. Water, power, gas, AC and maintenance are all billed through a prepaid system. Living rooms and kitchens get imported marble, and bedrooms get engineered wood.
Two things to note. The kitchen granite platform and sink are in the buyer’s scope, so budget for them. And the water plant treats bore-well water, so ask about the long-term supply.
Who My Home Vyoma Suits
It works if
You work in the Financial District, Gachibowli or HITEC City and want a large home close by. You want a 3,000-plus sq ft 4 BHK with full central AC. You can wait until about 2031.
It doesn’t work if
You need a home soon. You’d rather live in a smaller community: 2,360 homes is a lot of neighbours. Or you want a metro station near your home, because there isn’t one yet.
My Home Vyoma review: our verdict
The specification is strong and the location is central to Hyderabad’s office belt. The open questions are price and timing. Get a written cost sheet with every extra charge before you compare it with other launches.
About the Developer
My Home Group was founded in 1981 by Dr Rameswar Rao Jupally and has built only in Hyderabad so far. Its website lists 12 ongoing homes projects, including My Home Grava and My Home Apas in Kokapet, close to Vyoma.

My Home Vyoma Price
My Home hasn’t published a My Home Vyoma price list. Figures of about ₹10,000 to ₹12,000 per sq ft circulate online, but none of them comes from My Home. Quotes will be on saleable area, and carpet area is about 62–65% of that, so check the rate on carpet too.

What You’ll Actually Pay
On top of the price, you’ll pay GST and Telangana’s stamp duty, transfer duty and registration. Most sources put duty and registration at 7.5% in all, under the July 2021 orders, but they split it differently. Confirm the figure with the Sub-Registrar.

My Home Vyoma Floor Plans
My Home’s brochure gives saleable area and carpet area for every unit type. Saleable area includes the balcony and a share of common areas.
Towers 5 and 6 are all 3 BHK. Ceiling heights are generous: floor to floor is 3.45 m in Towers 1–11 and 3.60 m in Tower 12.
Amenities
My Home Vyoma has two clubhouses, over 1 lakh sq ft in all. They include an infinity pool on the clubhouse terrace, sky yoga, indoor and outdoor gyms, guest rooms, a pickleball court, a spa and salon, a health centre, a pharmacy and space for a supermarket.
Outdoors there’s a tennis court, half basketball court, futsal, cricket nets, a skating rink, cycling and jogging tracks, a pet zone, a temple and a bus bay. Our post on two clubhouses instead of one explains what that means for upkeep.
My Home says the project is designed to achieve IGBC Green Homes Platinum. That’s a target, not a rating it already holds.
My Home Vyoma Location
The official address is Nanakramguda, Serilingampally mandal, PIN 500032. Serilingampally is run by GHMC. My Home’s own drive-time claims are 5 minutes to the Financial District, 10 to HITEC City and 30 to the airport.
The Outer Ring Road runs along the Financial District. The nearest metro station today is Raidurg, the Blue Line’s end point. A Raidurg–Kokapet Neopolis extension is part of the planned Phase 2A, which is awaiting central approval.

Construction Status
Reports of the RERA filing say construction started in February 2026, with completion in 2031. We couldn’t read the certificate itself, because the TG RERA search needs a captcha. Check the dates on the portal before you sign.

Before You Book My Home Vyoma
- Check TG RERA P02400010883 on the portal: completion date and promoter name.
- Get the price on both saleable and carpet area.
- Ask for every extra charge in writing: floor rise, car park, club, corpus, maintenance advance.
- Budget for the kitchen platform and sink, which are in your scope.
- Ask about the water supply beyond the bore wells.
- Ask how prepaid billing works for AC, water and power, and the rates.
- Ask which tower and phase you’d be in, and when it’s due.
- Keep any payment within 10% until a registered agreement for sale.
