New launch projects in Financial District, Hyderabad are easy to find on listing sites and hard to verify. We could check four, each against its builder’s own page: My Home Vyoma, ASBL Broadway, ASBL Loft and Myscape Palma. Telangana’s RERA search sits behind a captcha, so we couldn’t pull a full list of registrations. This post sets out what each builder says, what it leaves out, and how to search the RERA portal yourself before you pay anything.

How We Built This List

For Bangalore posts we download the whole Karnataka RERA list and filter it. We tried the same in Hyderabad on 31 October 2026. The Telangana RERA project search asks for a captcha on every query, so we couldn’t pull the full list or read the certificates.

So this list of new launch projects in Financial District is narrower. We only included a project if its builder’s own website describes it as a current launch in or beside Financial District. We read each page on 31 October 2026 and noted what it says about RERA, size, floors and possession.

Three limits apply:

• It isn’t complete. There will be launches we haven’t found, especially from builders without a project page yet.
• RERA numbers are as printed. Where a builder’s page doesn’t show one, we say so. We haven’t seen any certificate.
• Dates are the builder’s. A possession date on a website isn’t the same as the completion date on a RERA filing.

New Launch Projects in Financial District: the 4 We Could Verify

As each builder’s page described it on 31 October 2026.

The pattern across these new launch projects in Financial District, Hyderabad is clear even from four. New supply here is tall and large-format: 33 to 50 floors, and nothing smaller than a 3 BHK. That’s partly what the land costs, and partly who the builders expect to buy.

My Home Vyoma

Of the new launch projects in Financial District, My Home Vyoma is the biggest by a distance: 2,360 homes on 22.34 acres at Nanakramguda, in 12 towers of G+50. My Home’s page calls it 3 and 4 BHK, with saleable sizes from 2,606 to 4,197 sq ft and one 9,328 sq ft home per floor in Tower 12.

The page prints TG RERA number P02400010883 and a GHMC building permission. My Home hasn’t published a price. Reports of the RERA filing put completion in 2031, but we haven’t seen the certificate, so treat that date as reported. The official My Home Vyoma page has the brochure.

It’s the one to look at if you want a large township with two clubhouses. It’s also the one where you’ll wait longest, and you’ll share the site with 2,359 other households.

ASBL Broadway and ASBL Loft

ASBL has two of the new launch projects in Financial District on its website. Neither page prints a TG RERA number, so ask for it in writing before any site visit turns into a payment.

ASBL Broadway

The ASBL Broadway page describes “exclusive 3 BHKs” in a G+50 building, with possession in December 2029. It doesn’t give a price or the number of homes.

ASBL Loft

Loft is the nearest to completion of the four. ASBL’s page gives possession in October 2027, a G+45 building and 3 BHK homes. It’s also the only page here that prints a price: a 1,695 sq ft home at “₹1.95 Cr + GST”.

That works out to about ₹11,500 per sq ft of saleable area before GST, which is our arithmetic, not ASBL’s. Read the ASBL Loft page for the current figure; builder prices change.

Myscape Palma

Palma is in Puppalaguda, which builders sell as Financial District but which sits in Gandipet mandal, under Manikonda municipality rather than GHMC. That matters for property tax and civic services, so check which body your building falls under.

The Myscape Palma page prints TG RERA number P02400008721. It describes 2 towers of 33 floors, 396 homes and 3 BHK sizes from 1,930 to 2,600 sq ft. Its construction update says Tower A’s excavation is nearly complete and Tower B is at basement 1.

At 396 homes it’s the smallest of the new launch projects in Financial District on this list, about a sixth the size of Vyoma.

What We Left Out

ASBL Spectra in Gachibowli is marked ready to move on ASBL’s site. It’s a finished project, not a new launch.

Listing sites also mention other names around Nanakramguda, including a large Jayabheri plan and a Raghava project. We couldn’t find a builder page confirming them as current launches, so we’ve left them off. If one has a TG RERA number, the portal will show it.

Two of My Home’s own Kokapet projects, Grava and Apas, are a few kilometres west in Neopolis and are already well into construction. Our list of My Home Group projects has all twelve that are being built.

How to Search Telangana RERA Yourself

1. Get the RERA number in writing from the builder, not the broker. In Telangana it starts with “P024” or “P011” for most Hyderabad-area projects.
2. Search it on the Telangana RERA portal. You’ll need to type the captcha.
3. Match the promoter name on the registration to the company on your agreement.
4. Read the completion date on the filing, not the possession date on the website.
5. Check the land and unit count against the brochure.
6. Look at the quarterly updates the builder files. They show whether work matches the claims.
7. Keep any advance within 10% of the price until an agreement for sale is registered.

This applies to every one of the new launch projects in Financial District, Hyderabad. If a builder can’t give you a RERA number, any money you pay is an expression of interest. Our page on what an EOI should say lists what to get in writing.
