We checked seven projects against their builders’ own websites: My Home Udyan, Prestige Golden Grove, three Rajapushpa projects, Aparna Newlands and My Home Avali. Telangana’s RERA search sits behind a captcha, so we couldn’t pull a full list of registrations. This post sets out what each builder prints, what it leaves out, and how to check the RERA filing yourself.

For Bangalore posts we download the full Karnataka RERA list and filter it by area. We tried the same for Hyderabad. The Telangana RERA search asks for a captcha on every query, so we couldn’t pull the list or read any certificate.
So this list of new launch projects in Tellapur is narrower than we’d like. A project made it in only if its builder’s own website names Tellapur and shows it still under construction. Anything that appears only on listing sites stayed out.
That means we’ve probably missed some new projects in Tellapur. Treat this as a starting list you can check, not a complete one.

Two patterns stand out across new launch projects in Tellapur. These are tall towers: every project here goes past 40 floors. And they’re big: Udyan and Golden Grove together add almost 8,900 homes to one locality.
My Home Udyan: the Newest of the New Launch Projects in Tellapur
My Home Udyan is the newest of the new launch projects in Tellapur. It sits on Radial Road No. 7, Tellapur 502032, next to ORR Exit 2 in My Home’s words, with 3,766 homes in 8 towers of G+48 on 24.12 acres. Sizes run from a 1,350 sq ft 2 BHK to a 2,915 sq ft 4 BHK, saleable.
Its building permit is from HMDA and its TG RERA number is P01100010613. My Home’s 1 October 2026 update showed Towers 1 to 4 at the basement-IV roof slab and Tower 5’s excavation done, so it’s at the very start of construction.

Prestige Golden Grove
Prestige launched Golden Grove on 3 April 2026 and called it one of the largest residential developments in Hyderabad. Its press release to the stock exchange gives 28.6 acres, about 10.36 million sq ft of saleable area and 5,120 homes.
Types are 2, 3, 3.5 and 4 BHK, plus a 4 BHK with staff quarters, from 1,169 to 3,013 sq ft. Prestige put the ticket size at roughly ₹1 Cr to ₹3 Cr. It’s the only one of the new launch projects in Tellapur here with an official price range.
The Prestige Golden Grove page confirms Tellapur, but its tower count, RERA number and possession date load by script and we couldn’t read them. Ask Prestige for those three in writing.

Rajapushpa Sierra, Aurelia and Imperia
Rajapushpa has three ongoing projects in its Lifestyle City area of Tellapur, at three different stages. Only Sierra counts among the new launch projects in Tellapur; the other two are well under way.
Rajapushpa Sierra
The newest: 9 towers of G+49 on 21.1 acres, with 2 and 3 BHK homes from 1,295 to 2,555 sq ft and a 1.5 lakh sq ft club and sports complex. TG RERA is P01100010033. Rajapushpa gives possession as August 2030 on the Rajapushpa Sierra page.
Rajapushpa Aurelia
A bigger-home project: 7 towers of 56 floors on 12.5 acres, with 3 and 4 BHK homes from 3,015 to 4,400 sq ft including a maid’s room. TG RERA is P01100007180, and possession is given as October 2028.
Rajapushpa Imperia
The furthest along of the three: 8 towers of 40 floors on 24 acres, with possession given as September 2027. TG RERA is P01100003723. The page title says 2 and 3 BHK, but the page body lists 3 BHK only, so ask which is right.
Aparna Newlands
Aparna Newlands has 1,976 homes in 8 towers of 42 floors on 14.7 acres. Homes are 2.5 and 3 BHK, from 1,475 to 1,991 sq ft, with a 72,865 sq ft clubhouse.
Aparna’s page prints the RERA number as PO1100007480, with the letter O where other numbers have a zero. That’s likely a typo, but search both forms on the portal. Completion is given as June 2028, marked tentative, on the Aparna Newlands page.
My Home Avali
My Home markets Avali as Gopanpally, but its address is Tellapur village. It has 4 towers of G+46 on 8.37 acres, with 3 and 4 BHK homes and a 70,000 sq ft clubhouse. TG RERA is P01100006233.
It’s late in construction. My Home’s 3 October 2026 update showed flooring, doors and windows done up to the 46th floor in Towers 1 and 2, with finishing work in Towers 3 and 4. It isn’t one of the new launch projects in Tellapur, but it’s an option if you want to move in sooner.
What We Left Out of These New Launch Projects in Tellapur
My Home Sayuk, with 3,780 homes in Tellapur, showed handovers and fit-outs in progress in every tower on 1 October 2026. It’s effectively complete, so it’s out. My Home Tridasa’s page has no construction updates, so we couldn’t confirm its stage.
We also didn’t check every builder. Several other names come up for upcoming projects in Tellapur, Kollur and Osman Nagar, but we haven’t verified them on official pages. If a project you’re looking at isn’t here, it may still be genuine. Check it the same way.

How to Check TG RERA Yourself
Whichever of the upcoming projects in Tellapur you shortlist, ask the builder for the TG RERA number in writing, then search it on the Telangana RERA portal. You’ll need to solve a captcha, which is why we couldn’t do it in bulk.
On the filing, check three things. The promoter name should match the company on your agreement: My Home Udyan’s brochure names My Home Infrastructures Pvt Ltd, for example. The completion date is the one the builder is held to. And the phase or tower you’re buying should be covered.
With new launch projects in Tellapur, keep any payment within 10% of the price until a registered agreement for sale. That’s the cap under the RERA Act.
