Project Overview
Brigade Granada is a large-format gated apartment development by Brigade Group on the Whitefield–Hoskote Road at Sannatammanahalli, near Seegehalli in East Bengaluru. The masterplan spans over 20 acres across 14 high-rise towers holding roughly 2,000 apartments, with 80% of the site retained as open space and an integrated retail and workspace component inside the community.
The address sits in what is increasingly called Greater Whitefield — the belt just beyond the established Whitefield core, where parcels are still large enough to support genuine master-planned townships rather than infill towers squeezed onto two or three acres. This is the pattern East Bengaluru has followed for two decades: as the core saturated and priced up, development pushed outward along the arterials, and pockets that were peripheral at launch became mainstream by handover.

The Whitefield–Hoskote Road runs directly through to Whitefield, KR Puram, Budigere Cross and Old Madras Road, which makes this a workable address for the East Bengaluru employment belt without paying Whitefield-core rates. Namma Metro’s Purple Line — 43.49 km from Challaghatta to Whitefield (Kadugodi) — terminates at Kadugodi, giving the corridor a genuine rail link to MG Road and Majestic. From this stretch of Hoskote Road the metro is a short drive or feeder ride rather than a walk, which is the honest way to read it.
A further Purple Line extension toward Hoskote has been discussed, with stations proposed at TC Palya, Battarahalli, Medahalli, Avalahalli, Budigere Cross and the Hoskote toll plaza. It remains under feasibility review and is neither approved nor funded — sensible to treat as long-term upside rather than a delivery date. Airport access, by contrast, is a real present-day strength: Old Madras Road and Budigere Cross give a clean northbound run to Kempegowda International Airport that avoids the Outer Ring Road entirely.
