New Projects in Kudlu: the Anekal Side
Most new projects in Haralur Road’s southern half are in Kudlu. The village sits south of the road, in Sarjapura hobli, Anekal taluk. It’s where Silver County Road runs.
Sree Nidhi Brindhavan
Survey number 192/2, on Sadguru Sainath School Road in Kudlu village. RERA number PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/210226/008481. Approved 21 February 2026, with completion due by 27 December 2028. That’s the shortest timeline of the Kudlu projects.
Assetz Mizumi Reserve
Registered in two parts across Kudlu and Parappana Agrahara. Towers A1, A2 and A4 are PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/040226/008450, approved 4 February 2026, completion by 30 December 2030. Towers A3 and A5 are PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/130526/008650, approved 13 May 2026, completion by 31 March 2031.
Notice the two different taluk codes, 310 and 308, for one project. The land straddles a boundary, which is common around here.
New Projects in Kasavanahalli: the Bengaluru East Side
The other cluster of new projects in Haralur Road is to the north. Kasavanahalli and Haralur villages sit there, in Varthur hobli, Bengaluru East taluk. Their certificates print ward 150, which places them inside city limits.
Waves and Whimsy
By Ista Spaces LLP, on survey number 63, Kasavanahalli, ward 150S. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/070926/008912. Approved 7 September 2026, completion by 10 January 2028. It’s the newest approval on our list and the soonest to finish.
Bhavya Triora
By Bhavya Constructions, on survey number 8/1, Kasavanahalli. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/446/PR/240726/008838. Approved 24 July 2026, completion by 2 June 2031. Nearly five years is a long wait, so price that in.
Samanvitha Siena Terra
By Samanvitha Projects, on survey number 64, Kasavanahalli. PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/200626/008730. Approved 20 June 2026, completion by 14 April 2029.
Singasandra and Hongasandra
Two villages a little west of Haralur Road, towards Hosur Road and the Yellow Line, had approvals too.
In Singasandra, Memco Skyline – Jutaku on survey number 115/2 is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/PR/240426/008602, approved 24 April 2026, with completion by 30 May 2031.
In Hongasandra, we found Purva Heritage (approved 9 July 2026, completion by 31 August 2030), Heart of Harmony (31 March 2026, completion by 1 March 2030) and Ample Lotus (16 July 2026, completion by 31 May 2029).
The completion date on a RERA certificate is the builder’s own commitment, not a guarantee. Ask for the project’s quarterly progress report on the RERA portal before you trust it.
Upcoming Projects in Haralur Road: Still Pre-Launch
The biggest name missing from our list of new projects in Haralur Road is SNN Raj Corp’s Raj Azaleas. SNN plans G+24 towers with 2, 3 and 4 BHK homes on about 30 acres off Silver County Road, beside a lake it hasn’t named. There’s no RERA filing yet.
It’s expected to start around ₹2 Cr* for a 2 BHK. Until it’s registered, it can’t legally be advertised or sold, so anything paid now is an expression of interest at most.

SNN has two other new projects in south Bangalore. Its Electronic City Phase 1 high-rise is also pre-launch.
The other, SNN Raj Viviente, is a registered villa project off Bannerghatta Road.
One thing to know about SNN on this road
In 2026 SNN began demolishing Block E-3 of its Raj Etternia project on Haralur Road, an 18-storey block of 49 flats that tilted after an outside agency’s soil report proved wrong. SNN is rebuilding it at its own cost, according to Deccan Herald. Raj Azaleas isn’t that building, but it’s planned a few hundred metres away. Ask for its soil report.
How to Check Any Project Yourself
- For any of the new projects in Haralur Road, get the full RERA number. Bengaluru numbers start PRM/KA/RERA/1251/.
- Open the Karnataka RERA portal and search the number, or download its certificate.
- Match the promoter name with the company on your agreement.
- Match the survey number and village with the brochure’s address.
- Note the completion date. That’s the date the builder answers for.
- Read the latest quarterly update for how much is actually built.
