My Home Vipina and My Home Tridasa sit across the road from each other near Kollur Junction in Tellapur, and both sell 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK homes. That’s where the likeness ends. One is a set of tall towers packed close together; the other is lower, roomier and further along, though how far along is a question My Home doesn’t answer. Here’s My Home Vipina vs Tridasa on the numbers My Home itself publishes.
Key takeaways
- Vipina is 8 towers of G+46 with 3,720 homes on 20.61 acres, about 180 homes per acre
- Tridasa is 9 towers of G+29 with 2,682 homes on 22.56 acres, about 119 homes per acre, and 84% open space
- Vipina’s homes are bigger on paper, but Tridasa gives a higher share of carpet area: 68–70% against 65–67%
- In My Home Vipina vs Tridasa, the 2 BHKs end up almost the same inside: 861 sq ft carpet at Vipina, 852 at Tridasa
- My Home still calls Tridasa ongoing, but its page shows no construction update. Ask what’s left to sell

The brochure map puts Tridasa just across the road from Vipina. So for most buyers weighing My Home Vipina vs Tridasa, the location is a wash. The choice is about the kind of building you want to live in, and how sure you can be of what you’re buying.
Tridasa’s Status: Ask Before Anything Else
This is the honest problem with any My Home Vipina vs Tridasa comparison. My Home’s Tridasa page still carries the “Ongoing” badge, but unlike Vipina’s, it shows no construction updates at all. We also didn’t find a completion date for it.
Its RERA number, P01100002276, is from an older series than Vipina’s, which points to an earlier start. That’s our reading of the numbers, not something My Home says. Tridasa could be close to done, partly handed over, or down to its last few homes.
So before you compare anything else, ask three things: has Tridasa received an occupancy certificate, which towers are finished, and are you buying from the builder or reselling from an owner? The answers change the price, the GST and the paperwork.
Vipina’s position is clearer. My Home’s 1 October 2026 update shows all eight towers built to the top and in finishing works, with flooring done to the 44th–45th floor in Towers 1 to 4.
My Home Vipina vs Tridasa: Tall vs Spread Out
In My Home Vipina vs Tridasa, both projects put ten homes on each floor. What differs is how many floors, and how much land they sit on.
Vipina stacks 46 floors on 20.61 acres, which works out to about 180 homes per acre. Tridasa stops at 29 floors on a slightly bigger plot, about 119 per acre. Its brochure says there are 100 feet between towers, and it gives 84% of the land to open space.
In daily life, density shows up at the lifts, the gate and the pool. Vipina has a third more homes than Tridasa, which means more people waiting for lifts in each core and more cars at peak hour. Our guide to homes per lift core shows how to check that before you book.
Height cuts both ways. A high floor at Vipina gets views and distance from road noise, but you’ll lean harder on the lifts. Tridasa’s top floor is the 29th.
My Home Vipina vs Tridasa: Sizes and Carpet Area
On paper, Vipina’s homes are bigger. Look at carpet area, the space inside your walls, and the gap shrinks.
| Home | Vipina saleable / carpet (sq ft) | Tridasa saleable / carpet (sq ft) |
|---|---|---|
| 2 BHK | 1,325 / 861 | 1,253 / 852 |
| 2.5 BHK | 1,655 / 1,110 | 1,505 / 1,035 |
| 3 BHK | 2,095 / 1,410 and 2,180 / 1,420 | 1,840 / 1,289 |
The 2 BHKs are the clearest case. Vipina’s is 72 sq ft bigger on paper but only 9 sq ft bigger inside. If both are quoted at the same rate per saleable sq ft, Tridasa’s 2 BHK gives you more usable space for your money.
The 3 BHK is a real difference. Vipina’s has about 120 sq ft more carpet than Tridasa’s, so if you need a properly large third bedroom, that counts in Vipina’s favour.
Both projects in the My Home Vipina vs Tridasa choice sell on saleable area. Ask for the rate on carpet as well, and get the carpet figure into your agreement.
My Home Vipina vs Tridasa: Clubhouse and Open Space
Vipina’s clubhouse is about twice the size: Club Vipina is 1 lakh sq ft over four floors, against Tridasa’s 52,000 sq ft. That’s more space for more people, though Vipina also has more residents to share it with.
Tridasa has more open ground, 84% against 81%, on more land. It also has three levels of basement parking, according to its brochure. We didn’t find a parking figure for Vipina.
My Home Vipina vs Tridasa: Price and Charges
My Home hasn’t published a price for either. Any figure you’re quoted will be on saleable area.
In a My Home Vipina vs Tridasa cost comparison, the tax picture may differ. Vipina is under construction, so GST at 5% applies on top of Telangana’s duty and registration, about 12.5% in all on every ₹1 Cr. For Tridasa, it depends on whether the home is sold before or after completion, and whether it’s a resale. Ask before you compare totals.
Our My Home Vipina price guide works through the maths for each Vipina size.
My Home Vipina vs Tridasa: Which One Suits You
Pick Vipina if you want a bigger 3 BHK, a newer project with a clear construction record, and a large clubhouse, and you don’t mind a busy, tall community. It also suits you if you’d rather pay in stages over the last part of construction.
Pick Tridasa if you want lower towers, more open space and less crowding, and a 2 or 2.5 BHK is enough. But only once you know exactly what stage it’s at and who you’re buying from.

My Home Vipina vs Tridasa: What to Ask
- Tridasa: has it received an occupancy certificate, and for which towers?
- Tridasa: is the home builder stock or a resale?
- Vipina: what’s the TG RERA completion date for your tower?
- Both: how many lifts serve each floor of ten homes?
- Both: the carpet area of your unit, in writing.
- Both: every extra charge: floor rise, car park, club, corpus and maintenance.
Check both registrations on the Telangana RERA portal before you pay a token.
