Concorde Group Bangalore builder review and track record 2026

Concorde Group Bangalore: Honest Builder Review and Track Record (2026)

Concorde Group Bangalore has been building homes in the city since 1998, and in 2026 it’s one of the busier mid-size developers in North Bengaluru. If one of its projects is on your shortlist, you’re really asking two questions: does Concorde finish what it starts, and is the specification you’re shown the one you’ll get? This guide sets out what the company publishes about itself, what we couldn’t confirm, and how to check the rest yourself in about a week.

Key takeaways

  • Concorde Group Bangalore says it has delivered 27 million sq ft since 1998, with 7 million sq ft under way and more than 17,000 families housed
  • The company doesn’t publish a full list of completed projects with occupancy certificate dates. Other sources disagree on the count
  • Its current focus is North Bengaluru: Sienna on Hennur Main Road, NEO in Thanisandra, Mayfair in Yelahanka, plus Antares and Hillcrest
  • We found no reported RERA complaints in our searches. That isn’t the same as proof that there are none, so check the portal yourself
  • The useful test is a walk round a Concorde building that’s been lived in for five years or more

A quick note on how we wrote this. Everything here comes from Concorde’s own website, press coverage and the K-RERA registration format. Where sources disagree, we say so. We don’t publish a rating, because a rating built from marketing pages would only be a guess.

Who Concorde Group Bangalore Is

Concorde Group Bangalore is a real estate developer that builds apartments, villas, plotted developments and commercial buildings. Its corporate office is on Vittal Mallya Road in the city centre. On its own site, the company says it has been building in Bengaluru “since 1998”.

The managing director of Concorde Group Bangalore is Anil R G, who is named in press coverage of the company’s 2025 land deals. Concorde’s site also names Nesara as executive director in its award write-ups.

The legal entity matters more than the brand. For Concorde Sienna on Hennur Main Road, aggregator records of the RERA filing name the promoter as Concorde Housing Corporation Pvt Ltd. Check the promoter name on each project’s own RERA record, because developers often use different companies for different projects. Your agreement will be with whichever company is named there.

Why this matters: if something goes wrong, your claim is against the promoter on the RERA certificate, not against the logo on the hoarding. Read that name before you pay a token amount.

What Concorde Group Bangalore Says About Itself

These are Concorde Group Bangalore’s own figures, from its About Us page in October 2026.

Claim Figure Our comment
Building since 1998 About 28 years. Long enough to have finished buildings you can inspect.
Area delivered 27 million sq ft A 2025 press piece said 26 million. The gap is small and probably just timing.
Area under way 7 million sq ft Roughly a quarter of what it has already delivered, which is a heavy pipeline for its size.
Families housed 17,000+ Not independently verifiable, but consistent with the area figure.
Number of projects Not published Third-party sources give 17, 29, 41 and 59. They can’t all be right.

The project count is the one to note about Concorde Group Bangalore. A developer that’s been building for 28 years should be able to hand you a list of every completed project with its occupancy certificate date. Concorde’s website doesn’t show one. Ask the sales team for it. A developer that’s confident in its record will give it to you.

A 7-million sq ft pipeline isn’t a red flag on its own. It does mean several projects are competing for the same management attention and cash flow. Ask how many Concorde projects are due to hand over in the same year as yours.

Current Projects

The Concorde Group Bangalore website lists nine residential projects in its navigation: Sienna, Eleve, NEO, Mayfair, Antares, Hillcrest, Northwoods, Equity and Abode 99. On the commercial side it lists Econex, among others. The North Bengaluru cluster is the one most buyers will be comparing.

Project Where What we found
Concorde Sienna Hennur Main Road 260 homes, 3 acres, G+28, 2 and 3 BHK from ₹1.25 Cr. RERA filed June 2026.
Concorde NEO Thanisandra About 4 acres and 424 homes, per press reports. Reported possession October 2029.
Concorde Mayfair Yelahanka Won a Realty+ 2024 mixed-use award. Reported possession November 2028.
Concorde Antares North Bengaluru Sources disagree on whether it’s in Vidyaranyapura or Yelahanka New Town.
Concorde Hillcrest Not confirmed Won an ET Achievers 2022 award for “most unique project”.

The possession dates in that table come from listing sites, not from Concorde, so treat them as reported. The binding date for any project is the completion date on its RERA filing.

Concorde Sienna is the newest Concorde Group Bangalore launch and the one most of our readers ask about. It’s a single, compact site, which makes it a cleaner test of Concorde’s execution than a large phased township. You’ll see the building go up from a single gate.

Awards, and What They Do and Don’t Prove

Concorde Group Bangalore lists these awards on its site:

  • Times Business Awards 2023, Best Ultra Luxury Residential Project, for Concorde Luxepolis
  • ET Achievers Karnataka 2023, Investment Property Award, for Concorde Equity
  • Realty+ Conclave and Excellence Award 2024 (South), Mixed-Use Project of the Year, for Concorde Mayfair
  • ET Achievers 2022, Most Unique Project, for Concorde Hillcrest
  • Economic Times Best Realty Brand 2020–21
  • Silicon Real Estate Awards 2015, Best Luxury Villa, for Concorde Cupertino

Industry awards, including the ones Concorde Group Bangalore has won, usually judge a project at launch or during construction, often from a nomination the developer submits. They tell you the company invests in design and marketing. They don’t tell you whether the lifts work in year six, or whether the association took over a building with its paperwork in order.

The one award worth more than a line is Cupertino’s from 2015. That’s old enough that the villas have been lived in for years, and they’re a real place you could visit and judge.

What We Couldn’t Confirm

Here’s the honest gap list for Concorde Group Bangalore:

  • A complete project list with OC dates. Not published by Concorde. Third-party counts conflict.
  • On-time delivery history. We couldn’t find a reliable source comparing each project’s promised and actual handover dates.
  • RERA complaints and orders. Our searches turned up none. The K-RERA portal is the place to check, and it doesn’t allow automated searches, so you’ll need to look by hand.
  • Specifications. For Concorde Sienna, the microsite says specifications are “as per the final agreement between the parties”, and premium options may cost extra.

None of these is a finding against Concorde Group Bangalore. They’re the questions to ask, because a builder’s sales team can usually answer them in a day if the answers are good.

Concorde Group Bangalore Against Other Developers

Most buyers looking at Concorde Group Bangalore are also looking at one or two bigger names in the same corridor. On Hennur and Thanisandra that usually means a listed national developer, or a Bengaluru company with a longer list of finished towers.

Here’s what changes when you compare them. The bigger names often cost more per sq ft for a similar flat, and part of that premium is the brand. You also get a longer public record: more completed buildings, more resident groups, more RERA history to read. With a mid-size developer like Concorde, the price is often sharper, but you have to do more of the checking yourself.

Neither is automatically safer. A large developer can still deliver a weak building, and a smaller one can deliver an excellent one. Compare like with like: the same configuration, the same carpet area, the same handover year, and the developer’s record on its last three completed buildings rather than its total.

One more practical point. Ask each developer what share of the project’s cost is funded by bank loans and what share by customer payments. RERA’s escrow rule ring-fences 70% of collections for the project, but a developer leaning heavily on buyer instalments has less room if sales slow down.

How to Check Any Builder in a Week

The same seven steps work for Concorde Group Bangalore or any other developer. Set aside a week and do them in order.

  1. Ask for the completed-project list, with the occupancy certificate date for each. Pick two that are at least five years old.
  2. Walk those two buildings. Go to the top-floor lobby, the basement after rain, the lift machine room if you’re allowed, and the clubhouse. Look at the external paint.
  3. Talk to two residents, ideally someone on the association committee. Ask what took longest to fix after handover and whether the developer showed up.
  4. Search the K-RERA portal for the promoter’s name. Look at every registered project, their declared completion dates and any extension applications. You’ll find the portal at rera.karnataka.gov.in.
  5. Look for complaints and orders against the same promoter on K-RERA, and search consumer forum judgments by company name.
  6. Check the company’s filings on the government MCA portal, including the directors and any charges registered against it.
  7. Get the specification schedule attached to your agreement, with brand names, so “premium fittings” means something you can enforce.

There’s background on how RERA protects buyers on the Wikipedia page for the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016. The short version: the declared completion date in the filing is the one the developer has to meet.

The step people skip: number 3. Brochures and sales offices can’t tell you how a developer behaves after the last flat is sold. Residents can, and they’ll usually tell you for nothing.

Our Read on Concorde Group Bangalore

Concorde Group Bangalore has been building for close to three decades, it’s still launching, and it has a real presence in the north of the city. Those are points in its favour. A developer with 27 million sq ft behind it has finished a lot of buildings.

What’s missing from Concorde Group Bangalore is transparency about that record. Without a published list of completed projects and handover dates, you have to do the checking yourself. That isn’t unusual for Bengaluru developers of Concorde’s size, but it’s still a gap.

So our advice is simple. Treat Concorde Group Bangalore as a credible mid-size developer, and do the one-week check before you book. If the completed buildings look good and the residents are reasonably happy, that’s worth more than any award.
