My Home Group projects are almost all in one city. The builder’s own website lists 36 of them, and every one is in Hyderabad: 12 homes projects still being built, 17 finished ones and a run of office buildings. Bengaluru is where it goes next. In January 2026 My Home said it was entering Bengaluru, Mumbai and Chennai, and a company that news reports link to the group won a 52-acre BDA plot at Konadasapura days earlier. Here’s the full list, read on 31 October 2026, and what it tells a Bangalore buyer.
Key takeaways
- My Home’s website lists 36 projects, all in Hyderabad: 13 ongoing (12 homes projects plus Grava Business Park) and 23 completed
- Each of the 12 ongoing homes projects shows a Telangana RERA number on its page
- Its ongoing communities are big and tall: up to 3,780 homes, 12 towers and G+54
- On 22 January 2026 My Home announced entry into Bengaluru, Mumbai and Chennai with ₹4,100 Cr of committed capital, without naming sites
- No My Home project is registered with Karnataka RERA yet, and its site doesn’t list one in Bengaluru

Who My Home Group Is
Before the list of My Home Group projects, the builder. My Home Constructions is the property arm of the Hyderabad-based My Home Group. Its About Us page says it was “founded in 1981 by visionary Dr. Rameswar Rao”, and credits it with the city’s first residential colony and Somajiguda’s first residential complex.
The group isn’t only a builder. Its January 2026 press release lists real estate, construction, cement, power and education. Rameswar Rao Jupally is chairman. The second generation, Ramu Rao Jupally and Shyam Rao Jupally, are named in the same release, and Abhishek Kapoor is CEO.
The release also gives the group’s scale: more than 80 million sq ft delivered, more than 40 million sq ft under construction and more than 50 million sq ft in planning.
One small mismatch. The About Us page speaks of “27 iconic developments”, while the projects page lists 36 entries, offices included. We haven’t tried to reconcile the two.

| My Home Tridasa | Tellapur | 22.56 ac | 9 towers, G+29 | 2, 2.5, 3 BHK | P01100002276 |
Where a cell gives no unit count, the official page didn’t print one. Vipina’s listing says Tellapur, though its page title says “North Hyderabad”.
The 13th ongoing entry, Grava Business Park, is offices, so it isn’t in the table.
What the List Shows
Read the My Home Group projects table as a whole and one thing stands out: the builder goes big. Four of the 12 have 12 towers or close to it. Three have more than 3,700 homes. Most towers go above 39 floors, and Grava has one at G+54.
The other pattern is place. Nearly all of the current My Home Group projects sit in Hyderabad’s west: Kokapet, Neopolis, Tellapur, Gopanpally and the Financial District. Raka in Madinaguda is the exception.
Why this matters for Bangalore: the figures circulating for Konadasapura, thousands of homes in tall towers, fit that pattern. They aren’t confirmed, but they aren’t out of character either.
Large and tall has a cost for buyers. A 3,780-home community takes years to finish, phase by phase, and early buyers live beside construction for a long time. Our guide to first phase or last phase in a township weighs that up.
Completed My Home Projects
These are the finished homes among My Home Group projects, with the year where the site gives one:
- Tarkshya, Kokapet (2025)

- Krishe, Gachibowli (2024)
- Bhooja, HITEC City
- Avatar, Gachibowli
- Vihanga, Gachibowli (2021)

Office buildings complete the list: Twitza (2024), The Skyview (2019), My Home Hub (2019), Tycoon, Sarovar and Jupally (1997).
That’s close to four decades of finished My Home Group projects you can visit, from small Somajiguda blocks in the late 1980s to Kokapet towers in 2025.
My Home Group in Bangalore
For My Home Group, Bangalore is the first move outside Hyderabad. On 22 January 2026, a press release carried by The Economic Times said My Home Group was expanding beyond Hyderabad into Mumbai, Bengaluru and Chennai, with ₹4,100 Cr of committed capital. It put the new projects at about 46.6 million sq ft of development potential and a gross development value of about ₹37,500 Cr. It didn’t name a single site.
Two and a half weeks earlier, on 5 January, BDA had auctioned a 52-acre commercial plot at Konadasapura, on the Whitefield–Hoskote Road. The winner was a Hyderabad company, reported as Srini Nirman (brokers spell it Sreni Nirman), at ₹2,097 Cr. News reports link that company to My Home: its office is in My Home Hub and its directors are members of the Jupally family.
That plot is the project buyers now search as My Home Konadasapura, My Home Whitefield, My Home Hoskote or Codename Anandam. They’re one site. Our My Home Konadasapura page sets out what’s confirmed and what isn’t.
If you’re searching for My Home Constructions Bangalore projects, that’s the full answer today: one plot, no RERA filing, no price. We checked the full Karnataka RERA list on 31 October 2026, and there’s no registration by My Home or by Srini Nirman.
What We Can’t Tell You
Here’s the honest gap in any list of My Home Group projects: none is in Bengaluru, so there’s no track record here. Every home My Home has finished is in Hyderabad, under a different city’s approvals, water supply and contractors.
We also haven’t assessed build quality. A project list shows scale and dates, not how the walls, lifts and water systems hold up after five years. For that you’d need to visit a finished My Home community and talk to people who live there. Our guide to visiting a developer’s completed project lists what to look at.
How to Check a My Home Project
- Hyderabad My Home Group projects: search the TS-RERA number from the table on the Telangana RERA portal.
- Bangalore projects: wait for a Karnataka RERA number. Without one, nothing you pay is a booking.
- Check the company name. The Konadasapura plot was bought by a separate company, not by My Home Constructions itself.
- Ask for the phase. Large My Home communities are built in phases with different dates.
- Keep any advance within 10% until a registered agreement for sale.
Our guide on checking a RERA registration in Karnataka shows where each item sits on the portal.
FAQs
How many My Home Group projects are there?

Does My Home Group have a project in Bangalore?
Not a registered one. A company news reports link to My Home bought a 52-acre BDA plot at Konadasapura in January 2026, but there’s no Karnataka RERA filing and My Home’s site lists no Bengaluru project.
Are My Home Hoskote and My Home Whitefield the same project?
Yes. Both names, along with My Home Konadasapura and Codename Anandam, are used for the one 52-acre plot on the Whitefield–Hoskote Road.
When was My Home Constructions founded?
Its About Us page says 1981, by Dr. Rameswar Rao. Its oldest completed project on the list is J M Apartments in Somajiguda, from 1989.
What is My Home’s tallest ongoing project?
Grava in Neopolis, Kokapet, has one tower at G+54. My Home 99 is G+53 and Vyoma is G+50.
How do I check a My Home project’s RERA number?
Hyderabad projects are on the Telangana RERA portal; use the TS-RERA number in our table. Any Bangalore project would need a Karnataka RERA number first.
Sources we checked (31 October 2026): My Home Constructions’ projects page, About Us page and each ongoing project’s page, My Home’s press release of 22 January 2026, news reports on the BDA Konadasapura auction from early February 2026, and the full Karnataka RERA project list. The grouping is our own. My Home’s site: myhomeconstructions.com.
General information, not legal or financial advice. A RERA registration is not an endorsement of a project. Project details are as shown on the builder’s pages on the date we read them and may change.
