Whispering Petals vs The Native is the choice Sowparnika now puts in front of anyone looking at Hoskote. Both are 1, 2 and 3 BHK projects from the same developer, registered with Karnataka RERA within a year of each other, and built to the same specification sheet. But one is 762 homes in 19-storey towers just off Old Madras Road, and the other is 1,117 homes on 10.2 acres at Poojena Agrahara. We put the official numbers side by side.

Whispering Petals vs The Native comes down to height against spread. Whispering Petals goes up, with fewer homes on less land. The Native goes wide, with more homes on lower towers.
Where Each One Is
Whispering Petals is “just off Old Madras Road” in Hoskote, by Sowparnika’s description. Its certificate covers land in two villages of Kasaba hobli, Hoskote taluk, including Yalachanayakanapura.
Sowparnika publishes drive times from Whispering Petals: Hoskote bus stop 3 minutes, the Satellite Town Ring Road 10, Orion Uptown Mall 15, the Whitefield metro 21, ITPL 32 and the airport 35.
The Native is at Poojena Agrahara village, also in Kasaba hobli. It’s in the same village as Sowparnika’s own Euphoria in the East, whose certificate covers land in Poojena Agrahara and Doddagattiganabbe. Sowparnika describes The Native’s site as “Whitefield–Hoskote” and lists DPS, Winmore Academy, Jain Heritage and Vibgyor among nearby schools.
So on location, Whispering Petals vs The Native is the highway side against the Whitefield side of Hoskote. Our Old Madras Road and Hoskote guide covers both stretches.
Don’t read “Whitefield” literally. Both projects are in Hoskote taluk. Neither is in Whitefield. The metro ends at Whitefield (Kadugodi), short of both.
Homes, Towers and Density
This is the clearest difference in Whispering Petals vs The Native. The Native puts 355 more homes on 2.2 more acres, in towers five floors lower.

All three rows are our arithmetic from Sowparnika’s figures. Whispering Petals has more floors, but far fewer homes on each one. The Native’s Tower 1 has more than twice as many neighbours per floor.
That matters for lifts. Sowparnika says only “lifts of reputed make” for both projects. Ask how many lifts serve each core, especially in The Native’s Tower 1.
On home sizes, The Native publishes its range: 2 BHKs of 921 to 1,019 sq ft and 3 BHKs of 1,258 to 1,439 sq ft. It doesn’t say whether that’s carpet or super built-up. Price: One Published, One Not
On price, Whispering Petals vs The Native is lopsided. Whispering Petals has an official price. The trouble is that Sowparnika gives three versions of it.

The ₹44 lakh launch figure was most likely the 1 BHK. The ₹88 and ₹91 lakh figures disagree with each other on the same website. Ask which one is current, and for which home.
The Native has no published price. Its page asks you to register first. Expect it to be pitched near Whispering Petals, but don’t assume it. Our guide to “price on request” covers how to get a number in writing.
Whispering Petals also advertises two offers: booking for “as little as 5 percent upfront” and “No Pre-EMI until Possession”. Both are marked as a launch offer. Get the terms in writing, including who pays the interest until possession.

RERA and the Two Companies
On RERA, Whispering Petals vs The Native is close. Both projects are registered, and both went through quickly.

That’s 18 days to approval for Whispering Petals and 15 for The Native. On completion, Whispering Petals vs The Native is 11 months apart. Neither is quick to move into. You’d be waiting six to seven years either way.
Look at the promoters. Whispering Petals is filed by Sowparnika Green Meadows Private Limited. The Native is filed by Sowparnika Homes Private Limited. Both share Sowparnika’s Kundalahalli office address, but they’re separate companies. Your agreement will be with the one on your certificate.

Same Specification Sheet
Here Whispering Petals vs The Native is almost a tie. Sowparnika publishes the same specification list for both:
- Core and shear wall monolithic construction, cast in aluminium modular shuttering
- Vitrified tile floors, granite kitchen counter and a centralised RO water inlet in the utility area
- Steel-frame doors, FRP toilet doors and UPVC windows with mosquito mesh
- 100% power backup for common areas, 1 kW for 2 and 3 BHK homes and 0.75 kW for 1 BHK homes
- AC provision in the living room and every bedroom
The amenities are where Whispering Petals vs The Native differs more. Whispering Petals names futsal, pickleball, volleyball, box cricket, an amphitheatre, a reflexology zone, a sunrise deck, a maze garden and a pool. The Native names a pool, a gym, a multipurpose hall, volleyball, a half basketball court and several lawns.

Whispering Petals vs The Native: Which One Suits You
Whispering Petals, if
You want a published price and a booking offer you can read today. You’d rather be near Old Madras Road, the ring road and Hoskote town. And you’re happy in a 19-storey tower.
The downside: three official prices that don’t match, and a completion date of September 2032.
The Native, if
You want to be on the Whitefield side of Hoskote, in a village where Sowparnika already builds. You like the published unit mix, mostly 2 and 3 BHK. And you don’t mind lower towers with more homes on each floor.
The downside: no price yet, about 110 homes an acre, and the later date, August 2033.
