Excellent location for connectivity in the entire east Bangalore. The small but luxurious project was just what we needed. Hoping that Sobha will deliver on time with promised infrastructure. The choking road is a problem at present but it won’t be at the time of delivery. I feel it’s a little over-priced, but it’s worth it since the location is going to boom very soon. It’s good for investment as well. It will be a very fast-moving project and a fast re-sell for investors.
