Project located 1 km access to Silk Institute metro station and 1.5 km access to Kanakapura nice road. Very beautiful greenery and calm place inside the city. Prestige Falcon Mall comes up within 6 km access within 2 year and this project will get complete in mid of 2024. PPH has 15 towers and covers exclusively of 1 and 2 bhk. Next to project Mantri villas are coming up. Once project got completed face of that area will definitely will get change. Best for small family to live and highly suggested for long term investment point of view.
