The new mall is coming up opposite Ethos Phoenix Mall, and restaurants like Druid Garden, Rara Avis and Barley & Grapes, are close by, making it a good neighbourhood for my family. Our apartment is around 3100 sq ft, with a massive living room and master bedrooms overlooking the main podium area.
