Approximately 10X10 bedrooms , which is very small even without storage and almirah. Otherwise, we liked the concept of single big balcony and overall design of the project.

A new project by Godfrey park near Sarjapur area. We visited the model apartments and it’s expected to completed around 2025 timeframe. There are several facilities. However we felt the space within the apartment is congested. There are several amenities and clubhouse expected as part of the plan. The apartment is selling 1-3 bhk However, it’s for preference of owners if we are ok to adjust the space for more facilities
