Brilliantly designed spacious apartments. An excellent location just 400 metres away from NH4. Huge balcony is an amazing addition.The Assetz sales team and Mr Lingamaiah in particular were excellent and were patient enough to explain to us all aspects of the apartment including financials.We finalized within a week after the initial meeting.

I am giving this property a 5 stars because of its strategic location, pleasant sales staff and the quality of floor plan. The overall project, coming from Assetz – looks and feel very premium. Kudos to Syed for his professional and detailed communication. The sales experience was very satisfying, unlike other tier 1 builders. Also Tenzin from service team is very responsive and accomodating. Looking forward to it’s completion as early as possible.
