We were looking for a villa/row house in and around the hennur road and we came across Assetz – Soul and Soil which turned out to be the perfect property that suits our needs. One of the motivation for us to move from an apartment is have more privacy and independence. “Assetz-Soul & Soil” became the ideal choice since it has less than 100 row houses and villament with each of the units being fairly independent. This property is very strategically located with close proximity to airport and market area that covers all of our day to day needs. The fact that this property is not close to the main road with a lot of green around is something that we desired. The amenities in the property are pretty decent as well with swimming pool, indoor and outdoor activities. Overall it worked out well for us with the sales team helping us all the way through. We are waiting to move in soon.

Finally am a proud owner of my dream house at Assetz Soul & Soil and can comfortably say that I have made the right choice. So far so very good and I hope that Assetz group will keep up the same commitment and dedication towards not only seamless maintenance of property but also addressing my concerns as a customer. The build quality is good. The finishing is good. All my findings during the pre-possession inspection were addressed promptly. I was fortunate enough to find a bunch of excellent Assetz team members in the form of Mr. Anil ( Customer Relations), Mr. Vijay (On-Site Cordinator) and Mr. Santosh ( Mortgage Services). All of them have been extremely helpful and have been their to address all my queries and concerns. I just hope I get to see completion of subsequent phases as well on time.
